Roland Cloutier is Vice President, Chief Security Officer for Automatic Data Processing, Inc. Cloutier has functional and operational responsibility for ADP’s information, risk, crisis management and investigative security operations worldwide. Previously, he was CSO at EMC and held executive positions with consulting and managed-services firms. He has significant experience in government and law enforcement, having served in the U.S. Air Force during the Gulf War and later in federal law-enforcement agencies. He is a member of the High Tech Crime Investigations Association, the State Department Partnership for Critical Infrastructure Security, and Infragard.
